As you may know, I consider Tierlists only as viable as well they are explained or discussed. This one may have only mediocre discussion (expected, being on Youtube) but is pretty well explained. So as much as you (or me) may disagree with this or that, it is definitely worth to check.
Note: This is not “Power Level” Tierlist; but “How well they fit into meta” Tierlist. Also, this is a Tournament Tierlist. This actually matters a lot to understand the placements.
