We may get SC6 news next Sunday on 2nd Japan FG Publishers Roundtable

1st Japan Fighting Game Publisher Roundtable that took place on August 1st last year was huge success with many big announcements – SC6 including – taking place. Now, 2nd Round is coming upon us. Do we have something to look forward for?

2nd round will take place on February 21st with English restream being handled by Jiyuna and Michael Murray, just as last time.

Round 2 of the Japan Fighting Game Publishers Roundtable is happening NEXT Sunday at 2PM JST! The first one was excellent, with lots of communication and behind the scenes insights from JP Developers.

As a reminder – when the 1st round of this Round Table happened in August last year, a lot of things were announced, including SoulCalibur’s Setsuka. And for Tekken 7 (also Bandai Namco’s game), Season 4 was announced.

This time, it seems Bandai Namco will be represented by Katsuhiro Harada (Tekken 7 producer) and Yasuda Esports representative; Achiles Okubo is, at least for time being, not mentioned (while he was attending last time). At least this is what the information under Youtube stream says currently.

Anyway, I believe we will get our answers soon – as SC6 not being represented will present just as clear message about the imminent future of our game as any announcement trailer.

EDIT: SOULCALIBUR Twitter account just retweeted Bandai Namco announcement about the Round table. This is either good news for SoulCalibur fans – or nasty trolling. But I definitely hope for the 1st.
