If you had to introduce yourself in three sentences to some SoulCalibur player who didn’t know you, what would you say?
Aside from my name I’d probably follow up with asking to run a set.
What is the origin or meaning of your nickname?
There was a game on Xbox 360 called ‘Chrome Hounds’ I had a blast playing. I also think knights and samurai are cool so 2 and 2 came together as Chrome Knight.

How did it happen that you ended up playing fighting games?
I’ve been gaming with my brother basically since I was born. The first fighting game I’ve ever played was Primal Rage on the Genesis. Then was introduced to Soulcalibur with 2 on the Xbox and mashing with Spawn.
Who do you main in SC6 and why?
I main Yoshimitsu because a demon mask and katana is the way to my heart.
What is your opinion regarding SC6?
After 6 years I was grateful for another installment. My only gripe with Soulcalibur 6 is the netcode, but only hindsight is 20/20. But nobody could’ve predicted the pandemic and deletion of locals.
If you could change one single thing about SC6 what would that be?
Netcode.
In terms of mechanics, I don’t like how Yoshimitsu’s super dragonfly is locked behind soulcharge. I would much prefer it similar to 5 where there is a lifedrain.
What do you consider to be your greatest SC6 achievement and why?
I would consider my greatest achievement winning Redbull Gaming Sphere’s Fighting Tuesdays on 6 different occasions. Beating some of Japan’s best players was definitely my peak.
